About the role
As a Buyer for Seafood category, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality seafood products while managing and building better relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that products meet customer demand while monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate documentation. As a Buyer, you will also keep abreast of industry trends, pricing, and market conditions while negotiating favorable terms and contracts with vendors, establishing and monitoring purchase policies and procedures, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive cost savings.
